Emergency Contact Received Reminder Phone Call
AnsweredI had an emergency contact of a client receive a reminder phone call. The client did add the contact's information to their emergency contacts; however, it was not an appropriate situation for the EC to receive the reminder. I don't believe that appointment reminders need to be an option for EC's that are adults. Can this option be removed?

Emergency contacts for a client don't receive reminders, however, Contacts can receive these. If the email for the emergency contact was entered in for the client's email or a contact profile was created with this email then that person may receive a reminder. If this person is a contact for the client, you can disable appointment reminders from being sent to them.
