Partial Payment of Invoices
AnsweredDespite the changes recently to SimplePractice's billing, the system is still confusing and still will not allow a straightforward way to apply partial payment to an invoice or apply credit to an invoice and print an updated invoice that is accurate so it can be sent to a patient. Has anyone found a work around yet for this issue?

Partial payments can only be applied to new invoices created after the billing update went into effect. I recommend deleting and recreating invoices and if you still need assistance then creating a Help Request.
