Unallocated Credit on Account
AnsweredWith the new updates in SimplePractice, especially to billing and invoicing. I am no longer able to correctly allocate payments that are received through Virtual Cards from insurance companies and am also having trouble doing refunds as it does not allow for negative number payments and grays out the box for credit allocations if there isn't a visit to attach it to.

Instead of adding a negative payment, you can now refund all payment types. To do this, click View next to the transaction and then click the Refund button.
