    Aw, man, that probably means some kind of server issues on their end. Hopefully it's a quick fix!

    I also am having the same issues. Even when I tried to enter my virtual session via my phone, it would let me in then log me out. From what my client said, they had some tricky connection issues getting into the virtual session but they were able to. I got kicked out from my phone log in twice.

    I am having the same issue.  I was using Safari as I always do, and thought maybe switching browsers would help.  I switched to Chrome and I was able to get in to simple practice but it is very slow; some of the links are not working.  I checked my internet connection and it is working fine. 

    Very frustrating.  I will have to see my clients using Zoom or Facetime and can't do my billing and insurance verification work this morning.

    I'm having issues too. Not loading notes, my calendar, my colleague said her video isn't working. Hoping to get this resolved soon. I guess I'm over to google meet up till then.

    I’m having the same problem. I looked for an announcement in the facebook group and on twitter but didn’t see anything. Also tried to post in the FB group but it hasn’t been approved yet by the moderator.

    I cannot access the system at all, and neither can patients. The lack of communication from Simple Practice is very unprofessional.

    I'm getting the same issues.  And also I submitted a HELP DESK ticket on another matter six days ago and no one has responded.

    Hi everyone,

    We were experiencing a connectivity error with our server. This issue has since been resolved. I recommend clearing your cache and logging in again to see if that resolves the issue.
