504 & System Errors -- Sept 6 2022
AnsweredI am currently not able to access SP. The initial issue occurred from my calendar page and began by showing no appointments at all. I logged out, logged back in. I closed the entire window and reopened it. Initially I was able to see my calendar and appointments again (in Week setting), however when I tried to interact with an appointment, nothing showed up. I refreshed the page, received a "504 Gateway Time-Out" and then the below error message (image included for ease of reference). I have no similar issues on any other site, so I do not believe it is an error on my end. SimplePractice Status page shows no errors. I really need help as quickly as possible.

I also am having the same issues. Even when I tried to enter my virtual session via my phone, it would let me in then log me out. From what my client said, they had some tricky connection issues getting into the virtual session but they were able to. I got kicked out from my phone log in twice.

I am having the same issue. I was using Safari as I always do, and thought maybe switching browsers would help. I switched to Chrome and I was able to get in to simple practice but it is very slow; some of the links are not working. I checked my internet connection and it is working fine.
Very frustrating. I will have to see my clients using Zoom or Facetime and can't do my billing and insurance verification work this morning.
