System malfunctions

I have been struggling all day with the system, signing into telehealth, loading patient information, and now writing notes.  Every couple of sentences, when I press the space bar, the open window gets unhighlighted, and takes me out of my note.  What's happening?

  I am having the same issue with challenges writing notes and having my writting interrupted by the cursor being "taken out" of the text box I'm in, and the page scrolling on it's own at the same time.

  Hi everyone,

  We were experiencing a connectivity error with our server. This issue has since been resolved. I recommend clearing your cache and logging in again to see if that resolves the issue.
