  Sorry for the empty message above- it should include: I am having difficulty accessing messaes, where I cannot open and read the messages from the initial drop-down list. I have at times received a yellow offline message that prevents me from writing a message in a thread. I am online and have not issues using other windows/websites on my broswer

  Hi William,

  We were experiencing a connectivity error with our server. This issue has since been resolved. I recommend clearing your cache and logging in again to see if that resolves the issue.
