"Specializes In" Headline on Monarch

At the very top of my Monarch page there's a small headline that says, "Specializes in" below my name.  I'm curious if there's a way to edit what gets shown in that headline? 

I noticed that Monarch automatically grabbed the first few alphabetized items in my "focus areas" section to create that headline.  I don't see an option to edit that headline on my own. 

I would prefer if my top 5 items listed under the "specialties" section got highlighted in the "specializes in" headline, instead of the first few alphabetized items under "focus areas".  Does anyone know if there's a way to manually edit that headline?
