Too Many Users on site Today

Today my 9:oo- a new client, was't able to log-on due to the system struggling. My 10:00 got the message "Too Many Users on the site" never got logged in.  Later in the day I had clients able to access the session after it loaded for several minutes. 

It looks like you need more servers. Respectfully, this quality slip was costly today- and shortly after the substantial price spike.

  Hi Kelli,

  We were experiencing a connectivity error with our server. This issue has since been resolved and we will continue to monitor it.
