outstanding balance report

Is the Outstanding Balance Report to be worked to clear out old payments that will not be paid? And to zero out as much as possible to get the balance amount down?

  I agree. I have outstanding balances from 2021 from a client who hit hard times and couldn't pay her copay. I want to zero it out but don't know how to do that.

  I need to know how to zero out old unpaid balances from previous years without going to each individual past session and writing it off.  Help?

  Hey John- From what I read scouring the information, you cannot zero out the balance unless you go to each invoice and do it and manually- but this can cause problems if insurance EOBs/deductibles are involved.
