I wanted to see if Simple Practice has the ability to send a Release of Information form that we would fill out as an assessment and have sent to the client. The client would be able to review it and e-sign it. I know we can send a generic Release of Information form as part of the intake paperwork; however, if we have to add additional Release of Information forms, I do not think anything listed as an assessment can be e-signed by the client. Is there a workaround here besides simply sending a PDF to the client and having them sign and return.
Please note this is a massive headache and issue.
