Your upgrade is terrible! You have not taught us how to manage the unallocated payments and credits and refunds. Our accounting team of two, who are brilliant, are unable to figure out your new system. It's bad. Please help with a complete instructional tutorial.

In the meantime, I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success team can individually assist with the current issues that your team is experiencing. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
