Using the video option but is it possible to see my notes while I am also seeing the client. Cause I do my notes in real time simultaneously while doing virtual sessions

Hi, i am enjoying having the video option with simple practice however, I can't seem to pull my notes up while still seeing the client at the same time. Is it possible to see my notes while I am also seeing the client. on the video? Cause I do my notes and view my treatment goals etc in real time simultaneously while doing virtual sessions? Thank you

  Hi Amanda,

  Currently, within SimplePractice if you have the Telehealth appointment video screen up and you'd like to fill out Progress Notes at the same time during a Telehealth session, you can do so by having your Progress Note open in another tab on your device. So this way you can go back from one tab with the Telehealth appointment screen to writing the Progress Notes and viewing past Progress Notes. You could also have your Progress Notes open on another device entirely where the Telehealth appointment screen will always be visible for viewing the client.
