    I too am experiencing issues with the video feature.  My wifi connection shows as strong for myself and the client however, in every session I have the video freeze or disconnect/reconnect. It's very frustrating to have the sessions pause.  I am not sure what the issue is.  I don't feel very confident in continuing using the SP video feature as its embarrassing when working with clients.  I hope something can be fixed.  Thank you.
