Video connection quality is jumping from excellent to poor within seconds repeatedly throughout the session! I’ve contacted support via a call. Then email and essentially have just been dismissed. It’s not my computer or my fiber optic internet connection/speeds, I’ve changed routers, done all the typical suggested fixes, I’ve even switched to a new laptop to test if it’s the computer. It’s not on my end, yet no one is responding to me emails. It’s cost me money. Also I’d really like you to not close out the comments on this thread like I’ve seen you do with all the other video complaints. I’m not the only one having problems not addressed.
