Client credit not applied
AnsweredHi! I deleted an invoice for a paid session that was meant to be canceled. A credit appeared in the client's account for the total amount. Now, the credit is gone but the client was charged the full rate (which was a higher rate than the canceled session).

In order to resolve this, you will need to refund the payment, delete the invoice, and create an invoice instead for the canceled appointment and charge the client for that instead. Additionally, you could also apply a partial refund and keep the credit to apply for the new invoice.
