Purchased domain from "Porkbun". With their help, I was able to connect it to Simple Practice domain, but now the purchased domain will not open and gives an error:

I have been told to go back to "Simple Practice" to request assistance with the SSL. 

HELP PLEASE.

  Hi Lynn,

  I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success team can look into this. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
