It is constant, happens all day long with all clients. It is definitely specific to simple practice as other app based and web based video functions are running as smooth as can be. I pay for the highest speed of internet I can. this is not a one time problem. it has been happening the entire time I have been on simple practice since joining in August. I put in a help request a few weeks ago and was told to update my browser and clear my cache. Well I have done all those things, several times, I have run speed tests on my computer and they are fantastic. This is only simple practice. I submitted a new help request, but I'm not hopeful about it and assuming they will respond with another generic solution that I have already done.
