video lag
AnsweredIt is constant, happens all day long with all clients. It is definitely specific to simple practice as other app based and web based video functions are running as smooth as can be. I pay for the highest speed of internet I can. this is not a one time problem. it has been happening the entire time I have been on simple practice since joining in August. I put in a help request a few weeks ago and was told to update my browser and clear my cache. Well I have done all those things, several times, I have run speed tests on my computer and they are fantastic. This is only simple practice. I submitted a new help request, but I'm not hopeful about it and assuming they will respond with another generic solution that I have already done.
