Message when someone tries to schedule

Hello -

Clients can no longer schedule sessions with me and instead receive a "call the office" reply.  What is this and how do I change it so people can schedule with me?

  Hi Kimberly,

  I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success team can look into this. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
