So frustrating that I cannot send Intake Paperwork to client because the email is already in the system, even though I am unable to see where the duplication is

    We have had this issue too with no solutions from SP yet.

    I was finally able to send the paperwork to the client.  In order to send it, I had to delete the email address out of all records, but hers.  Not sure how that is going to work with her minor children who are also clients.

    Hopefully SP can come up with an easy solution.
