reminder text issues

Hello,  I've had several clients this week comment that their telehealth link text and/or reminder texts have not come at all, or have been late (one even came through as I was in session with the client.. she had to use the link from email to log on).  They are showing as sent in my activity log, though.  Please help!

  Hi Rebecca,

  I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success team can investigate this. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
