Remove client email & preferred name from the Superbill

I need to remove some clients' email addresses and preferred names from the superbills/invoices. I do not need to remove their emails from the chart. I just need them not to be in the contact information that autofills onto the superbill/invoice.
I have read all the posts relating to billing, invoices, superbills, etc. This is not mentioned.
Is there a way to edit the superbill/invoice to select whether their email and preferred name is/is not included in their address? This is a safety matter for many of my clients who are transgender and whose superbills are outing them. It is not reasonable to go into each client chart monthly and delete then re-enter emails and preferred names as a labor-intensive workaround. These are ALL self-pay clients - no insurance is listed in SP charts for any of them.
I appreciate any help to edit this one line on these billing documents.
