Starting over - how to delete all outstanding invoices and start fresh
AnsweredHi. I signed up for SP during covid purely for telehealth. I worked in a Dr's office and they did all my billing. I completely ignored the billing feature in SP. Now I just upgraded my account as I am going solo practice and need the SP billing services. I am keeping most of my clients. However, most of their accounts show outstanding payments from the past 2 years. How do I delete these invoices/outstanding payments and start fresh?
