I have been receiving some payments from insurance claims in the form of "virtual cards". As such, I have been processing these payments via the Simple Practice platform as I would any debit/credit card transaction. However, I just realized that these payments have "unallocated" as a designation, as do all of the corresponding copays that I have collected. My client has a large credit associated with his account, which I am not entirely concerned about in this moment. My primary concern is whether or not these funds have actually been dispersed into my bank account, as it is hard to discern since the deposits do not have a client name associated with them, but rather the Simple Practice "ACH Stripe" title. Could you please clarify whether or not "Unallocated/Credit" funds are dispersed to provider's banks?
