    I am having this same issue and just came across your message. When I bill through the actual system, it is never an issue.

    I have changed billing and rendering provider, thinking that was the issue and checked other things and no change, still getting rejected.  I'm really at a loss!  I'm thinking it has something to do with the location but I don't know why that would a problem all of a sudden.  I'm hoping for some clarity.  I will just bill through the actual system if it continues to happen. Thank for responding :)

    I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success team can investigate these issues for you. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
