Removing client email from invoice for privacy reasons

I have a client that is wanting to remove their email from the invoice. Their parent is responsible for paying their mental health bills legally but they do not want this parent to have this personal contact information available due to relational lack of safety. They are also open to just having the phone instead of the email, but I am unsure how to adjust this.
