I recently started opened up my solo practice after transitioning out of a group practice. I have 4 claims that were rejected due to my NPI number. However I know my correct NPI is on file.

Acknowledgement/Rejected for Missing Information - The claim/encounter is missing the information specified in the Status details and has been rejected.
