payments without using invoice

I accept payment at time of service and therefore do not need to invoice my patients.  Is there some way to add a payment without having to make an invoice as this is complicating a simple process and creating problems with the balance.

  Hi Linda,

  Yes, you can add a payment at anytime without creating and applying it to an invoice. This payment will show up as a credit/unallocated amount in the client's account until it is applied to an invoice.
