Hi Everyone - my group just joined simplepractice - and I'm adjusting to stripe - i personally liked square better b/c the rates were better for me.

1. Is everyone being charged for refunds with stripe? The processing fees? This was never the case with square.  

2. Also, I also was told you could login to stripe.com to your account to look at all of your activity but it won't let me in...am I using the right email address? Where can I find the right email address to do this?  I can see my cc transactions on SP - but wanted to see the detailed activity on Stripe.com....please let me know where I can locate the right email address on SP to login to Stripe.com - so frustrated with this...

  Hi Amit,

  Yes, every account is charged the same processing fee for refunds. Additionally, you cannot log on to Stripe's website. You can only access your Stripe information from your SimplePractice account.
