Connectivity issues with your virtual platformAnswered
I continue to have connectivity issues using your virtual platform. I have other colleagues using simple practice and they also experience the same issues. We have tried different locations in order to see if its our internet, but the problem persists. What can I do to resolve this situation because it is affecting the experience my clients have with me. I would also like to know if this can be resolve so I can continue to pay for the virtual part of simple practice or just remove it and use another platform for virtual. At the moment, I had to use another platform and I do not experience any issues with it.
