writng off a balance

How do I write off a balance that the client owes without adding a cash payment that they did not pay? I do not want it to look like I received income that I did not receive

    Hi Ruth,

    To write off a balance, go to the client's Overview page > Billing > click Manage for the appointment you want to write off > Edit Details > enter in Write Off amount > Save.
