Search My simple practice calendar is not showing available appointments on my website
AnsweredThis seems to be a recurring problem with many clinicians however, no concrete resolution has been provided in the help center. I am encountering this problem now and have entire days with availability not showing on the calendar for clients to book online.
Please post a resolution answer in the help center to help clinicians resolve this matter, it would be greatly appreciated.

There are many different factors that can cause this issue to occur and in order for it to be resolves our Customer Success Team needs to look into your accounts to determine the change that needs to be made. I recommend creating a Help Request by clicking on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
