Install error when opening the appAnswered
Sara responded to my original post with the following (see below) and closed the conversation thus I couldnt ask for help.
I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success team can look into this. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
I was not able to find the ? icon in my account so Im stuck on resolving this.
Here's my original post:
I'm getting a "Install error (-9) The Play Store app is either..." message when opening the app. It pops up for about 2 seconds then disappears. I can't read the rest of the message and can't click on it. I've made sure the app is updated in the Google Play Store, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the message initially goes away then comes back.
