reconnecting video access

I accidentally denied video access signing in to a Telehealth call. The instructions tell me to go to my URL to unblock the video, but I am on a Mac, and there is no video icon in the URL. I cannot find a place to change the setting in preferences, either. Please let me know how to allow video access again. Thanks!
