Refund cancellation
AnsweredHello! I accidentally refunded a client as "cash" and not to their card on file. I am not able to undo this refund for some reason and unable to actually return the money to the client's card. Any information you have would be greatly appreciated!

A credit card refund cannot be undone and instead the client will need to make a payment again to return the payment to you. In order to remove the cash payment, you will need to delete the payment by going to the client's Overview page > Billing > filter by Transactions > Edit next to the payment > Delete payment.
