Make a link to setting up help requests
AnsweredI have an urgent need for help as there is a problem with connectivity with the Simple Practice platform. It would be much more helpful if a link to requesting assistance via the SP system was directly available on the customer support page. I am about to start my 3rd session and am concerned that this session will have the same issues with mismatched video and audio speeds. I left a voice message after I was told there wasn't a customer support person to take my call. The help I need is immediate, but there doesn't seem to be a way to access the assistance that is required.
