Poor Customer Service
AnsweredNo, I did not get any assistance with my request. My third session of the day had such poor connectivity, that I had to disconnect and open a session in Zoom to complete my psychotherapy session with my client. The issue is not on my end nor is it on my clients' end and all 4 of us checked and our internet was just fine.
Please respond that Simple Practice is looking into this.
Also, a direct link to setting up a service request on your customer service page would be very helpful. I did not have the time to be sent back to the same advice that did not work and I did not want to see your video. I just wanted the link so I could set up a ticket, which still hasn't happened despite your automated response.
