My practice is finding it very challenging to manage your new unallocated invoices which automatically appear as a patient credit.  This is so bothersome to us and to our patients that come January 2023 we are opting out of Simple Practice.  Please listen to your customers (there are several other reviews with a similar reaction) and change this back to the way it was.  Thank you.

  Hi Karen,

  At this time we do not have any plans to revert our billing enhancements and we recommend creating a Help Request for any personalized assistance with the issues you are experiencing.
