Unable to post new availabilities

I am not sure what has been happening the past few months with simple practice, I am now unable to set new availabilities getting the same "failed to set up new availabilities" error message whether I try to set one appointment or multiple. 

I have cleared my cache and even installed a fresh version of Chrome browser. This never used to happen. What is going on with this?
