Cash Payment Deposit

My client's CC was denied a couple times. They have decided to use a debit card instead. I see a payment of cash was made. Where did it go? I don't see a bank deposit. Please advise.

  Hi Lisa,

  When you select Cash as the method of payment, this means that you have accepted cash outside of your practice and no money is deposited into your bank account. I recommend looking at the billing history of this client and deleting the cash payment so that you can charge their debit card instead using the Stripe Card option.
