ELEMENT PAT01 DOES NOT CONTAIN A VALID IDENTIFICATION CODE '18' IS NOT ALLOWED. PATIENT INFORMATION IS DEFINED IN THE GUIDELINE AT POSITION 0070. (A3 - 21)

It appears this issue has been addressed previously.  How can I see how the question was answered.  

Any information that you can provide will be appreciated.
