EXTRA CLICKS
AnsweredThe most recent updates have created extra clicks for the provider and admin staff. This creates unnecessary time spent navigating the website.
Some issues I would like addressed:
-"Recently viewed" now requires additional clicks - I can't quickly navigate to recent clients
- Deleting invoices - extra clicks with an added drop-down menu required
-"Manage" in the billing section - I can quickly edit a client's copay I know have to click into the dropdown menu
- Lingering Alerts have always been an issue - everytime I click "Save", whether in the client information screen, or after adding an Admin note, the green alert "Admin Note Saved" lingers over links I need access to. I spend extra time waiting for that alert to finally disappear.
