I have a front desk worker and I want them to be able to document phone calls in the client chart (such as if the client calls to cancel or reschedule, or to document a phone call with an insurance company, for example).
Currently, this person has access to billing information and can leave administrative notes and can schedule or cancel appointments. However, I have not found a way to then allow this person to make a chart note documenting this, such as "Client called and cancelled their 3pm appointment. Client rescheduled for Tuesday at 4pm" or "Spoke with representative from insurance company. They reported that the claims were denied in error and that they are being reprocessed at this time."
Is there a way to give this person access to making these chart notes WITHOUT ALSO giving them access to viewing clinical notes or assessments?
