    Yes, please advise. The unallocated payment system in NOT intuitive.  I can get the payment to apply.

    Please fix the unallocated payments. They are always off/wrong. Invoices are paid for, SP says it's unallocated, client thinks they have a credit when they never do. This is very time consuming for practices to fix!

    Please assist. Client card was charged but system is still showing unallocated balance. I cannot cancel as is is requiring a refund. Client is showing past due but client payment went through. Please assist. This is very frustrating as I am not sure what is going wrong.
