You can create a recurring appointment series that repeats on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. You can also view and print a list of a client’s upcoming appointments.

Creating a recurring appointment series
To create a recurring appointment series:
- Create a new appointment
- Check the box for Recurring
- Choose how often and when the appointment repeats, and when the recurring series will end
- A series can end after a certain number of appointments occur or on a certain date
- Click Save
Note: You can create a recurring appointment series with up to 100 events.
If you'd like to create more appointments for a recurring series that's ending, click Schedule more when you're viewing the last appointment in the series.
After clicking Schedule more, you'll be able to create a new recurring series with the same details as your previous series (i.e. same recurring rate).
By default, the date this series will restart will be based on your recurring rate. For example, if the previous series ends on March 24 and was set to recur every Tuesday, the new series will begin on March 31.
You can edit any details for the new recurring series, then click Save to add this to your calendar.
Viewing upcoming appointments for a client
To view all upcoming appointments for a client:
- Navigate to the client’s Overview page
- Click the dropdown to expand the Upcoming appointments section
- Select Show more to view more appointments
You can also click Print to print out a list of all upcoming appointments.
This generates a PDF of the client’s upcoming appointments and includes each appointment’s date, time, location, and clinician.
