Uprise Health referrals allow eligible clinicians to receive appointment requests through the Uprise Health provider network.

Activating Uprise Health referrals
To determine whether you’re eligible to receive in-network referrals, see Eligibility requirements for in-network referrals.
If you're contracted with any of the following employee assistance programs (EAPs), you may see Uprise Health listed in Marketing > In-Network Referrals:
- Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH)
- American Behavioral (AB)
- EAP Preferred
- Reliant Behavioral Health (RBH)
- Quality Health Solutions (QHS)
- HMC Health Works
If you have questions about eligibility or don't see Uprise Health listed in Marketing > In-Network Referrals, contact Uprise Health directly.

Managing Uprise Health referral availability
Once you’re enabled for Uprise Health referrals, your availability allows new clients to see when you're available for services and submit appointment requests through the Uprise Health provider directory.
To update your availability to receive appointment requests, follow the steps in Managing in-network referral availability and requests.
Managing appointment requests from Uprise Health
When you receive appointment requests from Uprise Health or its associated EAPs, you can navigate to the Requests page to accept or decline an appointment request. You can also send intakes to the client through the Requests page.
