Viewing the Clinician snapshot in card view
By default, the Clinician snapshot appears in card view. Each clinician’s card shows their current values for the following metrics:
- Average weekly completed sessions
- Overall cancellation & no show rate
- Retention rate
- Average time to complete notes
Note: At this time, there’s no way to change which metrics appear in the Clinician snapshot.
If you view the Clinician snapshot in a weekly or monthly timeframe, Retention rate and Average weekly completed sessions aren’t available, as these metrics only support quarterly and yearly timeframes.
To change the selected timeframe, see Filtering and exporting the Clinician snapshot.
Metric tooltips
You can hover over a metric to view:
- The clinician’s current value for the selected timeframe
- How much the value increased or decreased since the previous equivalent timeframe
- For example, when viewing This month, the tooltip compares the current value with last month’s value
- The option to Dive deeper into the metric
- For more information, see Using the Dive deeper option in card view
If you hover over a clinician’s Overall cancellation & no show rate, you can view the following for each missed appointment status:
- The total number of appointments under that status
- The percentage of the clinician’s appointments under that status
If you hover over a clinician’s Average time to complete notes, you’ll view multiple Time to complete windows (e.g. 0-1 days, 1-2 days). For each window, you can view the number and percentage of progress notes completed within that window. The percentage is calculated out of all progress notes completed for sessions scheduled for a date in the selected timeframe.
Using the Dive deeper option in card view
Select Dive deeper when hovering over a metric to view more information on the corresponding Insights page.
