cannot resend PHQ & GAD to client for reassessment - HELP!!!

    There are several tools I use to reassess, including these, the ISI and Epworth. Is there a way to send at each visit or to choose specific forms to resend?

    I'm having the same problem! I set up a recurring notification for the client to submit PHQ-9 but I need this client to submit it prior to the next scheduled time. System won't let me resend b/c client is "up to date." It shouldn't be this hard to send a request at any time to a client to submit the PHQ9. Sometimes we need to urgently assess for depression/SI.

    I submitted a help request and had a SP staff person walk through the work arounds to get my client what they needed. In the end, I thought it was less intuitive and more complicated than it had to be, but it was possible to do what I needed to do.

    I am also having this problem. With newer clients, I haven't run into this problem, except when having to resend initial consents. The client I am trying to resend the tests to is returning from 2022. I get a red lined circle through anything that has been sent before.
