You can cancel ePrescribe for yourself or for a team member (Account Owner only), and you can request disabling or re-enabling ePrescribe through support.

How do I cancel my ePrescribe subscription?
You can cancel your ePrescribe subscription at any time.
If you decide to cancel your ePrescribe subscription you’ll forfeit the non-refundable $89 setup fee. If you decide to cancel your PDMP integration, you’ll forfeit the non-refundable $699 setup fee. If you choose to set up ePrescribe or PDMP in your SimplePractice account at a later date, you’ll have to pay the setup fee(s) again.
Note: If you also have PDMP set up, this workflow will cancel your access to ePrescribe and PDMP simultaneously. To cancel PDMP only, please reach out to our Customer Success team. To cancel a team member’s subscription, see How do I cancel a team member’s ePrescribe subscription?
To cancel your access to ePrescribe:
- Navigate to Settings > Profile > Clinical info
- Next to ePrescribe Rx, click View
- Click Cancel your ePrescribe subscription
- On the flyout modal, choose Cancel your ePrescribe

The Account Owner can cancel a team member’s ePrescribe subscription at any time.

To cancel a team member’s ePrescribe subscription:
- Navigate to Settings > Team > Team members
- Next to ePrescribe Rx, click View
- Click Cancel Team Member’s ePrescribe subscription
- On the popup modal, choose Cancel Team member’s ePrescribe
How do I disable or re-enable ePrescribe?
Before disabling your ePrescribe account, we recommend downloading an Activity Report in DrFirst. You won’t be able to access your ePrescribe account or any of its data once your ePrescribe account has been disabled. To do this, see How do I perform a data export for ePrescribe?
